About Me

With over 30 years of experience in the Retirement Industry, I’ve honed my skills as a leader, mentor, and coach, guiding individuals both personally and professionally towards success and growth. Despite being an introvert, I possess a unique ability to engage in meaningful conversations and leverage my compelling speaking voice to advocate for my faith and passion for helping others reach their full potential.

MORE ABOUT ME

As the coordinator of Real Talk with Victor and co-owner of the nonprofit 240 to 3:16 Ministries alongside my husband, I am deeply committed to serving communities through prison ministry and local and global outreach initiatives. My dedication to making a difference extends beyond the professional realm, as I actively participate in church activities and contribute to various community-driven endeavors.

In my role as a career coach and facilitator, I blend my extensive leadership experience with a genuine desire to see individuals thrive.

Whether guiding them through career transitions, offering mentorship, or providing support in personal development, I am driven by a passion for fostering growth and empowerment in others.

My unique combination of introverted introspection and outgoing advocacy enables me to create a supportive environment where individuals can flourish and become their best selves.

Becoming

We all continue to grow and become better every day and I love to help people find their niche and help them develop goals to get there. We never stop becoming.

Structure and Change

We live in an everchanging world. We need both structure and to be open to change to be successful. Structure keeps you grounded, and change moves you forward. I can help you find that balance

"For me, becoming isn’t about arriving somewhere or achieving a certain aim. I see it instead as forward motion, a means of evolving, a way to reach continuously toward a better self. The journey doesn’t end."
